Refugee Employment & Advancement Program

Refugee Employment & Advancement Program (REAP) provides refugees and asylees with the first steps to self-sufficiency through employment.

• Job Counseling: develop a career plan for both long-term and short-term goals with trained professionals
• Job Placement: direct connections with local employers, preparation, scheduling, and accompanying for job interviews and job fairs
• Case Management: assistance with childcare, school enrollment for children, utility payments, medical referrals, and public benefits
• Referrals for ESL and Other Education Opportunities: classes are held at Nationalities Service Center, or we can connect you with training opportunities close to your home
