Tiffany Thompson

Director of Education and Economic Opportunity

Tiffany Thompson currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development and Education Initiatives. Prior to joining NSC, she has many years of experience in the Social Services field. Tiffany has worked in many roles for the Urban League of Hudson County & Philadelphia. In 2009 she served as Director of KRA EARN Center where she assisted low-income families in becoming independent while they received TANF benefits. She has been with Nationalities Service Center since 2011, where she served as the Senior Manager of Economic Empowerment and led the team of employment specialists. In her current role, Tiffany will oversee all Workforce Development and Education Programs. These programs will provide a wide range of support to immigrants and refugees seeking to obtain employment, increase their English and gain the skills needed to advance in the American workplace.
